What does this error code mean?
It does not lock, there is an error when closing the washing machine hatch, the problem is in closing the hatch.
Bosch error signals
The lock indicator light is on or flashing, the washing machine does not start washing.
We check it ourselves and decide
- Check the hole for the hatch tongue, perhaps something is stuck there;
- There may be a foreign object that is preventing the hatch door from closing. Check if there is laundry or any debris in the way;
- Check that the door is closed tightly; the rubber seal on the hatch may be bent.
We replace and repair
- We replace or repair washing machine brains (electronic module);
- Replacement or repair of the module; perhaps reflashing the processor will be sufficient.
- We replace or repair the hatch blocking device if it breaks.
