What does this error code mean?
The wash cycle has finished, but the washing machine has not drained the water (more than ten minutes have passed), and there is still water in the washing machine, which means an error has occurred due to a problem with the water drainage.
Bosch error signals
The washing machine did not spin the laundry; it remained wet, even though it washed but did not drain the water.
We check it ourselves and decide
- The sewer pipes are clogged and need cleaning;
- The drain hose is clogged, the branch pipe is blocked;
- It is possible that the machine is not installed correctly; the drain hose should be no lower than 60 cm and no higher than 1 m from the floor level of the washing machine;
- Check the drain filter, it may be clogged, clean it by unscrewing it and draining the water.

The reason for the malfunction is often the drain pump of the washing machine. We replace or repair washing machine brains (electronic module);
- The drain pump impeller is faulty;
- The water pressure sensor (pressure switch) is faulty and needs to be replaced.
- We replace the drain pump of the washing machine if it is broken.
