Error code f31: Bosch washing machine. Causes

What does this error code mean?

There was too much water in the washing machine.

Bosch error signals

A puddle forms under the washing machine, so too much water is poured.

We check it ourselves and decide

• The drain hose is pinchedClean the sewer pipes, there might be a blockage;
• The drain hose is not installed correctly.When the hose is not located at a height of 40-60 cm, self-draining often occurs.
• Clean the drain filter, it's probably clogged.

We replace and repair

1. The control module is out of order, replacement or repair;
2. The wires in the washing machine are damaged and need to be replaced!
3. The pressure sensor in the washing machine is faulty and needs to be replaced;
4. Pump replacement, the water drain pump is out of order.

A fault could cause a flood, and you could accidentally flood residents below. If the problem persists, we recommend calling a professional!
