Error indication

What does this error code f34 mean?

The washing machine door is not locked or does not close.

Bosch error signals

The door is not locked, causing the wash cycle to not start.

We check it ourselves and decide

  • Unplug the washing machine from the power outlet for half an hour, thereby resetting the washing machine;
  • It is possible that the latch does not close due to a foreign object getting into the groove;
  • The hatch lock is faulty due to laundry getting caught, it may be jammed;
  • The hatch is not pressed tightly against the cuff, press it tighter;
  • The hinge on the washing machine door has become loose, so the door won't close.

We replace and repair

  1. The control module is faulty, we replace or repair it;
  2. The wires in the washing machine have become unusable and need to be replaced;
  3. The hatch locking device has become unusable, we are replacing it;
  4. The hatch latch is damaged or faulty, we replace it.
