How to spend money wisely
How to choose appliances for your home wisely?
We, like any other person, always want to make a choice in favor of something successful, and it doesn’t matter what kind of household appliances we buy.

We'd like to point out that relying on your gut instinct when choosing equipment is quite risky, just like trusting the opinions of salespeople. You're adults, after all, and you understand perfectly well that this person needs to sell something at a high price, because their salary depends on it.
It's better to spend a considerable amount of money wisely, having previously searched for materials and reviews online, than to waste money and nerves when a couple of months after the purchase you start knocking on the doors of service centers.
You can find all the details and specifications for each brand that interests you in the model descriptions.

The only difficulty is that you are unlikely to find an objective opinion on the reliability of this machine, but the truth is that sales consultants in local stores are unlikely to help you with this.
Visiting specialized forums and resources with washing machine user reviews can be quite useful. However, since they lack consolidated information, you'll likely encounter a multitude of, largely conflicting, opinions.
But who should you trust, and should you even believe them? After all, behind every opinion is a new person with their own experience, or, conversely, behind a good review is someone who posted it for money paid by the manufacturer. As we can see, finding the best washing machine is quite a difficult task.
Analyze information from forums
After you've gathered some information from various forums, reviews, and other sources, you should consider contacting mass surveys or service center employees.

That's why we're not afraid to take on the responsibility of ranking washing machines from all brands based on quality and reliability.
We trust the experts
Over the course of several years, employees of various service and maintenance centers have been collecting rating statistics on the performance of all washing machines.
Factors for rating car reliability
The following factors were taken into account:
Frequency and number of calls for this type of breakdown.
- Level of repair complexity.
- Cost of repairs (replacement of parts).
- And other factors.
Data for vehicle reliability ratings
When assessing reliability, we took into account:
- Price.
- The service life of the device under the most intensive use.
- The quality level of the parts used.
- Properties and additional design features.
- Level of build quality.

In this ranking, washing machines are not ranked by their sales volume, as not everyone is willing to spend a large sum of money on a machine that they only need for washing.

In addition, we decided not to consider or include in the list such brands as Smeg, Schulthess, and other models that are rarely common in the Russian Federation.
Review of brands, assignment of places
Mile is out of the rankings
Meile represents premium equipment from a German manufacturer, the high price of which is determined by the high quality, warranty, and build quality.
This Meile brand will not be included in the list below, as its failure rate is not very low. The extremely rare failures were either due to the electronics themselves or the customer's fault.
1st place. Sunrise and Siemens

The failure rate during the first few years does not exceed 5%.
The value for money is simply amazing.
2nd place. Electrolux
Electrolux is only half a percent behind Bosch.
Electrolux ranks second.
3rd place. Zanussi
The Zanussi brand, which is produced by the Electrolux concern, confidently took third place.
Incidentally, customer reviews were also included in the ranking. Zanussi accounts for no more than 7.1% of repairs.
This is an excellent and inexpensive machine with a good degree of reliability.
4th and 5th places. LG and Samsung

They have an affordable price and a huge range of models.
For this, these brands receive fourth and fifth place.
The failure rate of these models is approximately 9%.
6th, 7th, 8th places. Ariston, Indesit, ARDO
The former "Italians" who now assemble factories: Ariston (20%), Indesit (25%), Ardo (32%) took sixth to eighth place.
The huge 11% gap is due to unpredictable Russian assembly, which uses parts that are far from the best quality.
Unfortunately, most devices of these brands stop working within 3-4 years after purchase.
But sometimes, if you're lucky, 20-30% of them will last up to 8-9 years of work.
All this information will be relevant for more than ten years.
Each manufacturer tried to reduce production costs, which led to a deterioration in quality for virtually all brands. The chart is presented in descending order.
Not included in the lineup
Sandu, VEKO, Rolsen, Retona

But history has not forgotten the durability and complete reliability of early production models.

It is quite right that we also ignored Beko, Rolsen and Retona.
When choosing the best washing machine, don't forget to inquire about the quality and materials the tank is made of.
Cheap models are more likely to leak, and repairs after the warranty expires are prohibitively expensive for such inexpensive machines. Therefore, they are more often thrown out than repaired.
By the way, in this case, it is sometimes really useful to read customer reviews to determine if there are any specific faults in the model you are interested in.
After studying the Russian washing machine market, it became clear that Bosch and Siemens were recognized as the best. Miele, however, was unrivaled.
If you currently own a cheap car, don't be too upset. It's not a guarantee it will break down.
Make sure you take proper care of your machine, and then there is every chance that it will serve you for many years.

You've completely neglected the Russian assembly. Maybe I'm lucky, I'm in the 20%, but my Hotpoint has been working perfectly for six years now.
Svetlana, you're not alone, my hotpoint is also fine, and I'm sure it's far from Italian.
Svetlana, it's the same story with Indesit. They weren't included in the lineup and weren't even mentioned in this section. They're just a superficial top-of-the-line.
That's a bit low for an Indesit, considering how much it's loved and bought. I'd give it more.
Interesting washing machines: from classics to some funny units that are a complete mystery how they wash. Personally, I prefer simple machines with classic options from a trusted brand—like my Whirlpool, for example.
Old Indesit models last even more than 10 years. And we have no complaints about the new ones either. My washing machine works great despite the fairly hard water.
I'm surprised Hotpoint is rated so low. For me, it's the perfect balance of quality technology and an affordable price.
I've never been one to worry about what equipment is actually assembled where, but I can say that for the price of Indesit, I'm more than satisfied with the quality.
I agree with the comments above about Hotpoint. It's somehow underrated.
I would have gone out and picked up Hotpoint, I don’t know why they gave it such a short service life, my parents’ washing machine has been working for more than 5 years and everything is good.
