Machines also vary in size: the smaller the size, the smaller the capacity. However, a washing machine with a small footprint can easily fit into even the smallest of spaces.
When choosing a washing machine, the material the drum is made of is crucial. The durability of the washing machine depends on this material, which is the reason for the price differences. Modern models have low noise levels.
Some tips
- For large families, especially those with children, it's best to choose a machine with a maximum load capacity. It should also have a child safety lock and a delayed start.

- For a village or a summer house, a simple activator-type machine is suitable.
The best choice
Choosing a specific washing machine can be quite difficult. However, the German brand BOSCH still takes the lead. The German company SIEMENS also ranks second, and ELECTROLUX washing machines are also considered good models.
LG and Samsung machines also became popular among a wide range of consumers in 2023. They have fairly reliable motors and operate with minimal noise.
For me, Indesit will always be the best. They produced both the old, cool ones and the new, modern models, and the quality hasn't gotten any worse.
Eva, I'll say even more: the new models are much better. A friend has an old one, but we bought one of the new ones – the functionality is even better than many, and the reliability is always top-notch.
